Characteristics

> Solid maritime pine cladding panels with finger-joint jointing, Class III treatment
Knot-free, no resin-filled cavities. Dipping treatment.
> Finger joint
This technique merges the timber joints into the weathered grain effect of the wood for a subtle and attractive finish.
> UV-resistant acrylic-based satin-finish paint with micropores (1)
The paint is air-permeable to allow the wood to breathe. It is treated with fungicide, insecticide and termite-proof treatments, and is industrially applied through multi-layerspray-painting (including the inside surfaces) to ensure one of the best coverageratios on the market. 10-year guarantee.
> Brushed surface (2)
The front face of the panelling is brushed after planing, in order to bring out the wood’s natural grain. Brushing the wood along its grain also forestalls natural timber weathering processes and enhances the surface hardness of the cladding product, in order to better withstand impacts.
> Smooth-finished edges
This technique ensures a perfect visual and aesthetic continuity and maximum paint adhesion. It also enables an easier water run-off.
> Easy to fit (3)
The V-shaped groove means that tacks can be perfectly aligned, making the tacking process much easier.
> Hidden attachment system (4)
The panels are designed with an off-set upper tongue piece to slot into a groove, ensuring that all securing attachments are hidden.
> Provision for dimensional variations (5)
An expansion slot is cut into the tongue and groove fitting to allow for dimensional variations.
> Tongue and groove end-joints (6)
The tongue-and-groove joint system at the end of each panel promotes perfect continuity over the full length of the wall and reduces off-cuts. This system also means that the joint between two panels can be located between the two attachment slats.
